Mark your calendars! Our neighborhood-wide yard sale runs July 9th–11th. Whether you're clearing out closets or hunting for a good find, this is a great chance to meet neighbors and turn clutter into cash. List your address so shoppers can find you, browse the sales happening around the neighborhood, and don't forget to put out signs to guide visitors. Questions? Our annual Earth Day "Spring Refresh"! Neighbors gathered from 9am–2pm to clean up and refresh the neighborhood, with a community dumpster available for clearing out items from yards, garages, and storage. Bags and gloves were provided, free refreshments kept everyone going, and participants could enter to win a gift card — with bonus entries for bringing a friend. A great example of neighbors coming together to keep Bent Grass looking its best. Hosted with support from Challenger Homes. 

Our big neighborhood-wide yard sale, rain or shine! Over three days, neighbors sold toys, clothes, tools, games, furniture, kitchen appliances, and more. Shoppers used the neighborhood map to navigate the sales, making it easy to hop from house to house and find a deal. These community sales are a fun way to declutter, meet neighbors, and turn unwanted items into cash.

Our community clean-up day, held in collaboration with Challenger at Bent Grass. Trash bags and gloves were available for pickup outside the model home, and neighbors pitched in along their usual walking routes or in areas that needed extra attention. Filled bags were returned to dumpsters set up in the neighborhood. A simple, effective way for neighbors to come together and keep Bent Grass clean and safe.
